Consumers Ready For Trusted Online Reviews

Today’s consumers are increasingly relying on online reviews to determine which service or establishment to choose.  According to the 2013 BrightLocal Local Consumer Survey, 85% of consumers said they read online reviews for local businesses, up from 76% in 2012.

Ignore Government Shutdown, Embrace What You CAN Affect

In fact, do yourself a favor and don't watch the news. Ever. Again. Extreme perhaps, but today's media tells you what they want you to know, nothing more. With all this doom and gloom, it's really easy to get swept up in it, constantly trolling your Facebook or Twitter feed to see what your friends and social circle have unearthed to confirm that indeed, the sky is falling.  One thing you CAN do?  Consider voting in future if you didn't - or - question who you will vote for next time if you aren't happy.

Finder411 Provides Ability to Compile Local Favorites

Raise your hand if you've ever grown frustrated when searching online or via your smartphone for a reputable local business or the latest restaurant your foodie friend mentioned you MUST try?  Sure, there's Facebook, Yelp, Angie's List (if ya wanna PAY for reviews from people you don't know) and good 'ole Google.  But let's face it, while the Internet delivers timely information, it may not be data that's helpful or trustworthy to you.

Finder411 launches partnership with Triangle Blogging community

The team at Finder411 is proud to announce a collaboration with Triangle area bloggers who focus on supporting our vibrant local business community just like we do.  Local bloggers are a huge benefit to our community.  They keep us in the know in a different way than the media and advertising does because they add a personal flair.  They share their insights, opinions, and suggestions freely versus as a paid employee with a revenue model to adhere to.  They share what they are passionate about!

Make Love, Not War at Finder411

No denying it, Yelp is a household name.  Love 'em or hate 'em as a small business owner - they aren't going any place because they provide value as a crowd-sourcing megaphone for customers - and let's face it, as human beings we tend to air our gripes more than a pleasant experience.
